 I would like to take this opportunity to inform the clients of Western Mountains Property Management of services being offered directly to our property owners. These services are offered directly to the property owners and are outside of the scope of the agreements in place to manage your Homeowners Associations. I have had several requests from property owners to consider these services so I have recently established a division within Western Mountains Property Management to offer them.
PropertyCare Services - Have peace of mind that your property will be cared for when you are away whether you are on vacation or other extended periods. PropertyCare Services specializes in providing on-site residential property monitoring services to property owners while they are away. Propertycare Services provides a customized portfolio of services to the property ownerr to include, but not limited to, the following: |
- Regularly scheduled interior home inspections to check on temperature, security, damage, windows & doors, crawlspaces/basements and any other condition requested.
- Pre-arrival preparation
- Water plants
- Light housekeeping
- Boat & shore station services (away or home)
- Key service, as directed, for friends and contractors.
- Customized programs to meet the individual homeowners requirements

 Maintenance & Repair Services- Western Mountains Property Management employs dedicated Maintenance & Repair personnel capable of providing a vast array of services. If your request is outside of the scope of our capability we have at our disposal a listing of qualified plumbers and electricians and other specialized service contractors to assist you. Our home repair services include:
- Carpentry services
- Dry wall and trim repair
- Painting
- Pest control
- Furniture moving and picture hanging
- Computer and electronics configuration
- Mold & mildew services
- Schedule and oversee other contractor services in your absence
