Homeowners Association Physical responsibilites include: |
|
- Maintain physical plant per the CC&R's and By-lays and at Board direction
- Develop an annual operating plan for repair and maintenance
- 24 Hour emergency response as required
- Negotiate and prepare maintenance service contracts
- Coordinate and supervise the work of all contractors
- Regular scheduled inspections of the property to monitor the operations and needs of the community
- Monthly or quarterly reports to the Board of Directors as required
- Available holiday, weekend and evening maintenance schedules to meet the needs of the community
